Modern Classics is a classy, relaxed sit down workshop where everyone gets to learn a new cocktail of their choice. After an instructor led demonstration, join our bartenders behind the bar for one-on-one training to create new cocktails for sampling by the entire group. Modern Classics is great for client appreciation, birthdays, team building or other private events.
This fun bar session covers classic mixing techniques, modern cocktails, their history, and the traditional methods of preparing them. 2 hours of instruction, all materials and seasonal cocktail recipes are included. Each participant also gets a take home cocktail list to add to their home bar.
A $300 deposit is required on booking to reserve your spot. The final balance and any additions is due at the end of the event. If you can’t see any availability for the dates you require, contact us as we may be able to fit you in.
Once your booking request is submitted we will get back to you with a confirmation within 48 hours.
Modern Classics is a 2 hour event. Guests are invited to remain on site after the class during clean up but instruction ends at the 2 hour mark

Absolutely! Our non-alcoholic version Mocktail Wars, uses specialty non-alcoholic bitters as the key secret ingredient in original creations made without alcohol. If you have a mix of non drinkers and those who do we can accommodate a mixed event as well. Contact us at 604.565.7708 for more details
Our events take place at our beautiful 1100 sq ft venue, at 241 Union Street Vancouver BC. It is centrally located 5 minutes from downtown in the heart of Vancouver’s historic Chinatown.
